- Individual Therapy Sessions:
- 45 minutes: $150
- 50-60 minutes: $180
- 90 minutes: $250
- Couples & Partners Therapy Sessions:
- 60 minutes: $220
- 90 minutes: $300
- Family Therapy Sessions:
- 60 minutes: $240
- 90 minutes: $320
- Group Therapy Sessions:
- 60-minutes: $40 per group
- 90-minutes: $80 per group
Insurance
I do not currently accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. However, I understand how important it is to make mental health care affordable. I’m happy to provide you with a detailed billing statement, known as a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Before scheduling your first appointment, I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to see if your plan includes out-of-network coverage for behavioral health services. This can help you better understand your options for reimbursement and ensure a smoother process for getting the care you need.

Payment
I accept all debit and major credit cards, including HSA & FSA accounts with debit or payment cards, as forms of payment. Please note that I do not accept cash or check payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the total rate of the session.
